Hengrove Leisure Centre
Located in the heart of South Bristol, Hengrove Leisure Centre is a modern facility offering a 50m international swimming pool, 20m teaching pool, 180 station gym, specialist spin studio, sports hall, sauna, spa & steam room, crèche and a friendly onsite café. It was acquired by Equitix Fund I in April 2010.
Houldsworth Health Centre
Houldsworth Health Centre is a joint facility that Equitix acquired through its involvement in hub South West Scotland - a framework agreement to develop innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for community services and infrastructure projects with councils in this region of Scotland. This health centre was built for North Lanarkshire Council and sits on the site of the old Wishaw Library. It is a five-storey development, designed around an atrium providing a natural focal point for both staff and public.
Greenfaulds High School
Greenfaulds High School was acquired by Equitix through its involvement in hub South West Scotland - a framework agreement to develop innovative, sustainable and cost-effective solutions for community services and infrastructure projects with councils in this region of Scotland. The project was handed over on time and on budget to North Lanarkshire Council in September 2016. The new facility was constructed on the original site adjacent to the previous Greenfaulds High School and is a three-storey building with a perimeter of teaching spaces grouped around a series of larger communal spaces for a role of 1,350 pupils.
The Elizabeth Line
The construction of the Elizabeth Line is one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects, delivering a new high-frequency, high-capacity railway service for London and the South East. The line is set to run from Reading and Heathrow in the west, through 42km of new tunnels under London to Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east. When fully operational, the Elizabeth Line will serve more than 200 million passengers annually.
